ISP Analytics

The ISP Analytics tab gives you a complete picture of how your emails perform at each major mailbox provider — Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple, and others — across all your campaigns over time.

Go to Campaigns > Overview and click the ISP Analytics tab to access it.

Why ISP Analytics Matters

Your overall delivery rate might look healthy at 95%, but that number can hide serious problems. For example:

  • Gmail might be blocking 30% of your emails while Yahoo delivers 99%
  • Your Microsoft delivery could be declining slowly, campaign after campaign
  • A specific ISP might generate more spam complaints than others

Without ISP-level visibility, these issues go undetected until they become critical. ISP Analytics makes them visible early so you can take corrective action.

The ISP Selector

At the top of the ISP Analytics tab, you'll see an ISP dropdown:

  • ISP selector — Choose a specific provider (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple, Other) or "All ISPs" to see aggregate data

The period selector at the top of the Campaigns Overview page is shared between both tabs — changing the period updates both Overview and ISP Analytics data.

When you select a specific ISP, every metric in the tab filters to show only data for that provider. Select "All ISPs" to see the combined view.

KPI Cards

The top row shows six key metrics for the selected ISP and period:

CardWhat it shows
Total SentEmails sent to recipients at the selected ISP
DeliveredEmails accepted by the ISP's servers
BouncedEmails that bounced
ComplaintsSpam complaints received
Avg Open RateAverage open rate across campaigns
Avg Click RateAverage click rate across campaigns

Deliverability Health

A quick health check showing whether your delivery, bounce, and complaint rates are in a healthy range:

  • Green (Good) — Delivery 97% or above, Bounce under 1%, Complaints under 0.05%
  • Yellow (Average) — Delivery 95–97%, Bounce 1–3%, Complaints 0.05–0.1%
  • Red (Below) — Delivery under 95%, Bounce over 3%, Complaints over 0.1%

Sends Over Time

A bar chart showing how many emails were sent per day to the selected ISP. Useful for spotting volume patterns and correlating them with delivery changes.

A line chart showing delivery rate, open rate, and click rate across your recent campaigns. This is the key chart for spotting reputation trends:

  • Delivery rate trending down? Your sender reputation at that ISP may be degrading
  • Open rate dropping? Your emails might be landing in spam instead of the inbox
  • Click rate falling? Content engagement is declining for that audience

ISP Comparison Table

This table is always visible regardless of which ISP is selected. It shows all five ISP groups side by side:

The currently selected ISP is highlighted in the table. The trend indicator compares your recent campaigns against earlier ones to detect gradual changes.

ISP Groupings

Score CRM groups common email domains into major providers:

  • Gmail — gmail.com, googlemail.com
  • Microsoft — outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, msn.com, outlook.co.uk, hotmail.co.uk
  • Yahoo — yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk, yahoo.co.in, ymail.com, aol.com, rocketmail.com
  • Apple — icloud.com, me.com, mac.com
  • Other — all remaining domains (corporate, regional ISPs, etc.)

Common Scenarios

Gmail delivery is declining

Check Google Postmaster Tools for your sending domain. Review your SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup. Consider warming up your sending volume gradually.

High bounce rate at Microsoft

Microsoft is strict about list hygiene. Remove inactive Microsoft addresses and ensure you're honoring unsubscribes promptly.

High complaint rate at Yahoo

Yahoo users may not have explicitly opted in. Review your opt-in process and consider adding a preference center link.

Good delivery but low opens

Your emails are reaching the inbox but not getting attention. Test different subject lines and send times using A/B testing.
