Adding Images to Your Emails
You can add images straight into your campaign content. Score CRM hosts them for you and inserts a permanent link automatically — no third-party image host required.
Three Ways to Add an Image
| Method | How |
|---|---|
| Toolbar | Click the image button in the editor toolbar, then Browse files and pick an image from your computer |
| Paste | Copy an image anywhere and paste it directly into the editor |
| Drag and drop | Drag an image file from your desktop into the editor |
All three do the same thing behind the scenes: the image is validated, optimized, uploaded, and replaced with a permanent hosted link.
What Happens After Upload
Once uploaded, Score CRM hosts the image and inserts its URL into your email content automatically. You don't need to copy a link from anywhere else — it's ready to send as soon as it appears in the editor.
Uploading the same image twice doesn't use extra storage — Score CRM detects the duplicate and reuses the existing copy.
