Health Alerts & Notifications
Score CRM automatically monitors your sending domains and creates in-app notifications when issues arise — so you don't have to check the dashboard manually.
What Triggers a Notification
Grade Drops
When a domain's health grade decreases from one check to the next, you'll get a notification:
Domain health grade dropped for acme.com Grade changed from B to C (score: 62/100).
The severity depends on the new grade:
- Grade drops to C = warning (yellow)
- Grade drops to D or F = critical (red)
If your grade goes up (e.g., C to B after fixing DKIM), you'll see the improvement on the dashboard but won't receive a notification.
New Critical Issues
When a new critical issue appears that wasn't in the previous check, each gets its own notification:
Critical issue detected for acme.com Domain Blacklists: Domain is listed on 1 blacklist: Spamhaus DBL.
Examples of critical issues:
- Domain or IP gets blacklisted
- SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication is removed or broken
- Domain is expiring in less than 7 days
- Bounce rate spikes above 5%
- Complaint rate exceeds 0.3%
The Notification Bell
The bell icon appears in the top navigation bar (next to the theme toggle and organization selector).
- A red badge shows the number of unread notifications
- The badge updates automatically every 60 seconds
- Click the bell to open the notification dropdown
Managing Notifications
Reading
Click on any notification to:
- Mark it as read
- Navigate to the domain's health detail page (for domain health notifications)
Mark All Read
Click "Mark all read" in the dropdown header to clear all unread notifications at once.
Auto-Cleanup
Notifications are automatically deleted after 30 days. There's no need to manually clean them up.
Who Gets Notifications
Notifications are scoped to the organization, not individual users. All members of an organization see the same notifications when they open the bell dropdown.
